Match Notes

• When the teams last met in Round 11 last season the Steel defeated the Pulse 62-52 in Invercargill.



• The Steel and Pulse have met 11 times in the ANZ Premiership with the Steel winning seven matches and the Pulse four.

• The Steel and Pulse have met 29 times since 2008 with Steel winning 18, the Pulse 10 and there has been one draw.



• The Pulse has the best attacking record after three rounds averaging 52.3 goals per match. They also have the best defensive record conceding just 38.3 goals per match and they have best team shooting accuracy at 89%.
