They showed last week with a record-breaking victory that they mean business, but the Mystics are a different beast and the northerners’ experience must put them in the box seat.  The defending champions are the only unbeaten team in the league and will want to keep their record clean on their first road trip of the season.

Kate Heffernan writes new chapter off court

Kate Heffernan is inspiring the next generation of netballers through the pages of a book.

Together with fellow Silver Fern Maddy Gordon, the pair have joined forces with Jason Niles to launch My Sports Notes – sport-specific planners designed by athletes to help to guide thinking and processes to enhance performance.

“It’s just something different and we both thought it was such a cool idea so we wanted to get involved,” Heffernan said.
