Hey Kids - Find the Home Game Ball and you could carry it on the court for the match !

 

E. Hayes and Sons is looking for Official Ball Deliverers for the Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel's home games in Invercargill and Dunedin this season.

 

As a lucky winner, you'll get to deliver the match ball to centre court at the start of the game plus receive two tickets for you and a guardian to watch the game and soak up the exciting home-crowd atmosphere. And if that isn't enough, you'll also get to take home a prize pack of goodies courtesy of E. Hayes and Sons and the Ascot Park Hotel Southern Steel!

 

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER

 

There are SIX HOME GAMES during the season that we'll be looking for Ball Deliverers for.

 

Before each home game, we'll be hiding the match ball SOMEWHERE ON OUR WEBSITE.

 

Simply hunt through the pages to find the ball. When you click on it, you can enter the draw to become the OFFICIAL BALL DELIVERER FOR THAT GAME !

 

Or, simply enter the draw at E. Hayes and Sons store at 168 Dee Street Invercargill.

Conditions of Entry

  1. The competition is open to all children under the age of 16.
  2. Entries are limited to ONE PER PERSON, PER COMPETITION ONLY.
  3. All entrants must have received consent from a parent or guardian.
  4. All entrants must complete the online entry which must contain the entrant’s full name, address, date of birth and contact details.
  5. The draw will take place one week before the scheduled match at which the ball is to be delivered. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and a follow-up email.  If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within one day of being notified that he/she has won, that draw will be declared null and void at Southern Steel's discretion and another winner will be drawn.
  6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  8. Southern Steel will collect and hold personal information provided by the entrants for the purpose of notifying the winners, to verify identities and may be used for subsequent promotional activities.
  9. Southern Steel does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death howsoever sustained directly or indirectly by an entrant in connection with this competition or any prize.
  10. All entrants indemnify Southern Steel against any claim or liability in relation to this competition.
  11. Southern Steel reserves the right to alter the above terms and conditions.
